The citizen has a RIGHT to recognize this ACT by PUBLICATION of a SOLEMN  RECOGNITION of mixed  war. This PUBLIC writing has the same force as the Declaration of Independence . It invokes the citizens U.S. Constitutional 9th and 10th so-called amendments guarantees of the right to create an effective remedy where otherwise none exists .  Well today is January 9th 2011 . I was going to comment on today's events but , I believe (pray) the people who may"like" me! .tend to think "like" me , wonder "What in the World Is Going On"!... in the past few days , in the united states of America ?
